Yes, we always use original (OEM) parts whenever they’re available,
since they’re made specifically for your appliance’s brand and model
and won’t void any existing manufacturer warranty. In the rare case
an OEM part isn’t available, we may use a high-quality aftermarket
part instead but we’ll always let you know beforehand so you can
decide what works best for you.
We stand behind every repair with solid coverage: 90 days on labor
and up to 1 year on parts, as our standard warranty. For compressor
repairs and replacements, we offer extended coverage of up to 2
